Letshego Holdings Namibia Appoints Ashante Manetti as Chief Commercial Officer

Letshego Holdings Namibia is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashante Manetti as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective 18 August 2026.
Ashante brings more than 14 years of experience in financial services, with a track record spanning commercial strategy, brand and marketing leadership, customer growth, and lending. Most recently, she held a senior marketing leadership role at Old Mutual Namibia, where she led strategic initiatives that accelerated customer acquisition, strengthened brand performance, drove commercial growth, and supported the expansion of the organisation's lending business through integrated marketing, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
In her new role, Ashante will lead both the bank and micro lending commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding the product portfolio, and delivering profitable performance across the organisation. Ambitious goals, matched by an equally ambitious leader.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is known for her strategic thinking, customer-centric approach, and collaborative leadership style. Ashante is passionate about building high-performing commercial teams, delivering innovative financial solutions, and creating sustainable value, not just for the shareholders, but for the customers and the communities at large.
